Pre-mature Termination : In the event of pre-mature termination of research services by either the client or Finvest Solutions, the client is entitled to a proportionate refund of fees for the unexpired period.

At Finvest Solutions (SEBI Registration No. INH000021906), we strive to provide high-quality, data-driven research. This refund outlines the terms under which refunds may be processed, in strict adherence to the SEBI Master Circular dated June 27, 2025.
1. Eligibility for Refund
A client is entitled to a refund only under the following specific regulatory and operational circumstances:
Regulatory Action : If SEBI or RAASB suspends our registration for more than 60 days or cancels it, we shall refund the residual fees on a pro-rata basis from the effective date of suspension/cancellation to the end of the subscription period
Duplicate Payments : Any unintended duplicate payments for the same service will be refunded in full after verification of the transaction.
Non-Delivery of Service : If Finvest Solutions fails to provide the agreed-upon research reports as per the terms of service, a 100% refund of the specific fee may be considered.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Market Performance : Refunds cannot be requested based on the performance of recommendations or any losses incurred in the securities market. All investments are subject to market risks.
Partially Consumed Services : If research reports or recommendations have already been delivered and the subscription period has expired, no refund will be issued.
Change of Mind : Once a service has been subscribed to and research materials have been accessed, refunds are not provided for personal preference changes.
3. Fee Structure and Advance Payments
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Advance Limit : As per SEBI regulations, we may charge fees in advance for a period of no more than one quarter (or one year if specifically agreed upon under new 2025 guidelines).
No Breakage Fees : In line with SEBI mandates, no breakage fees or exit loads shall be charged to the client in case of early termination.
Maximum Fee Cap : We adhere to the SEBI-specified fee ceiling for individual/HUF clients, currently capped at ₹1,51,000 per annum per client family.
4. Refund Process
Request Submission : To request a refund, please email our Grievance Officer at finvest[at]gmail.com with your transaction details and reason for the request.
Verification : We will verify the request against our service delivery records and SEBI compliance guidelines within 7 business days.
Payment Mode : All refunds will be processed through legitimate banking channels (NEFT/UPI/Bank Transfer) to the original payment source. Cash refunds are strictly prohibited.
Communication Logs : Records of interactions including emails, SMS, and other legally verifiable communications as required by SEBI.
